So, who am I?

My name is Jonathan, I like to think myself as a professional bartender and mixologist. I have been fortunate enough to be able to work with some of the most talented people in the hospitality industry for the last 15 years which has gained me invaluable insight and experience. I have also been at the forefront of cocktail rediscovery on Long Island. My talents have won me awards and accolades. While all of that is something I am truly proud of, the most important thing I can share is my passion for the research, development of new drinks. That’s not to say that all drinks aren’t new, but it’s the pieces that I work with, the pieces that are refocused, reexamined and ultimately given a new opportunity to reveal itself. That’s my talent, to see what is often overlooked. My intentions are to share some of these insights. Here’s to new horizons.
